The Assignment Panel Code of Conduct establishes the professional and ethical standards expected from all users of our platform. This code creates a safe, trustworthy, and academically responsible environment for all participants. Adherence to this code is a condition of platform access, and all interactions, communications, and activities conducted through Assignment Panel services must comply with these principles.
1. Purpose of the Code of Conduct
The Assignment Panel Code of Conduct establishes expectations for professional, ethical, and respectful behavior by all users of our platform. This code is designed to maintain a safe, trustworthy, and academically responsible environment for all participants.

- Submitting Assignment Panel work as entirely your own without disclosure
- Plagiarism or intellectual property infringement
- Cheating or circumventing institutional academic integrity policies
- Attempting to deceive educational institutions about work authorship
Fraud and Dishonesty
- Providing false information to Assignment Panel or educational institutions
- Misrepresenting qualifications, credentials, or authority
- Engaging in payment fraud or unauthorized financial transactions
- Attempting to obtain services through deception
Abuse and Harassment
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation of platform staff or users

- Abusive, vulgar, or offensive language

Misuse of Services
- Attempting to access or manipulate platform systems or data

5. Academic Integrity Expectations
Assignment Panel is committed to supporting legitimate academic learning and study. Users must ensure their use of platform services aligns with academic integrity principles:
- Use delivered work as a reference or learning tool only
- Properly attribute and disclose use of Assignment Panel services to your institution if required
- Comply with your educational institution's specific policies on external assistance
- Ensure submitted work reflects your own understanding and effort
- Disclose the use of academic assistance services when required by your institution
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Assignment Panel services complies with their institution's academic integrity policies. Assignment Panel is not responsible for institutional disciplinary actions resulting from user misconduct.
6. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in the following actions, at Assignment Panel's sole discretion:
Warning
For minor first-time violations, Assignment Panel may issue a formal warning and require acknowledgment of the breach.
Service Restriction
Repeated or more serious violations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on service access, feature limitations, or platform suspension.
Account Termination
Serious violations, including fraud, abuse, or illegal activity, will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund of pending or completed payments.
Legal Action
Assignment Panel reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including civil action or criminal referral, for violations involving fraud, illegal activity, or harassment.
Cooperation with Institutions
Assignment Panel may cooperate with educational institutions and law enforcement in investigating violations of this code or applicable laws.
7. Reporting Violations
Users who witness or become aware of Code of Conduct violations are encouraged to report them to Assignment Panel. Reports should include:
- A detailed description of the alleged violation
- Specific dates, times, and relevant communications or evidence
- Names or usernames of involved parties
- The nature of the violation and applicable policy breached
Reports should be submitted to assignmentpanel.official@gmail.com or through the platform's abuse reporting mechanism. Assignment Panel will maintain reporter confidentiality to the extent legally permitted. Retaliation against individuals reporting violations in good faith is strictly prohibited. All reports will be reviewed and investigated promptly, with appropriate corrective action taken based on investigation findings.
8. Amendments to the Code
Assignment Panel reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement this Code of Conduct at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to users via email notification or platform announcement.
Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Code of Conduct. Users will be notified of changes at least 30 days prior to implementation, except in cases where immediate changes are necessary to address safety, legal compliance, or security concerns.
